If the rash has begun, apply Tecnu on the affected area and rub vigorously. Then wash with cool water and dap to dry. In case, water is unavailable than one must clean the Tecnu with a cloth. Tecnu is the first step in rash prevention and ideal for gardeners, hikers, mountain bikers and forestry workers.
